Pretty much what I expected: charming little hotel, well priced. Stayed here before, loved location and staff. Sweeping view, a good balcony, nice bed, too. Great pool and public beach.

the breakfast was hearty, the pool was heated, the beds were soft. cultural location to a wide canal. the staff was cooperative and fast, everything was 10/10. main bar was good and clean.

A train station was near to the place. We loved al portico guest house. This is a hotel go-to for Venice.
